ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country. We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant for a full-time, in-person role based in Nashville, TN. This position will support a multi-hyphenate entertainer across a wide range of personal, professional, and creative commitments and requires exceptional discretion, strong organizational skills, and a flexible, proactive approach.

Regular Tasks For This Role

  • Running errands

  • Home and office organization

  • Oversight over shipping, receiving and returning packages

  • Prepping principal for travel

  • Calendar management

  • Sending principal pertinent reminders of meetings, phone calls, events, birthdays, appointments, etc

  • Booking appointments

  • Booking travel

  • Making reservations

  • Assisting with gifting needs

  • Assisting with wardrobe needs

  • Laundry

  • Scheduling vendors at the home

  • Organizing files and information, personal and professional

  • Taking direction from both principal and their team to understand what needs are urgent and how to prioritize tasks

  • Traveling with the principal as needed

  • Working closely with the principal's full team to accomplish macro and micro goals

Skills / Experience / Education

  • Previous experience working as a personal assistant for a high profile individual is preferred

  • Must be resilient and able to handle constructive feedback and challenging situations

  • Passport ready

  • Self starter

  • Strong critical thinking skills

  • Adaptability in a variety of situations

  • Ability to read a room

  • Flexibility is key as schedules and plans often change

  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and standard productivity tools

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $90,000–$100,000 depending on experience
