Executive Housekeeper

ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country. We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper for a full-time, in-person role based in Nashville, TN. This position will support a high-profile family in their primary residence and requires an exceptional eye for detail, a white glove approach to household care, and the discretion and professionalism expected in an ultra-high-net-worth home.

Regular Tasks for This Role (includes but is not limited to):
Full time cleaning of primary residence (7,300 sq ft home) Monday-Friday
Achieving daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cleaning goals
Deep cleaning and maintaining all rooms in the home to white glove standards including, but not limited to, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas
Cleaning and maintaining outdoor areas including patios, pool surrounds and entryways as need
Household laundry including proper care and laundering of fine linens, delicate fabrics and luxury bedding
Ironing, steaming and garment care for household clothing and linens
Inventory Management - overseeing and restocking household items including, but not limited to, cleaning supplies, paper goods and pantry staples
Preparing guest rooms and guest bathrooms to hotel-standard presentation before arrivals
Household organization
Maintaining organization and tidiness of personal work spaces
Assist with receiving packages and breaking down/disposing of boxes
Providing a high level, white glove touch throughout the home
Working as a team with other members of household staff to ensure a smooth household flow
Occasionally assisting with animal related tasks
Assisting with event setup, breakdown and day of household preparation for gatherings and special occasions
Communicating proactively with the house manager or principal regarding maintenance issues and household concerns
Maintaining discretion and confidentiality regarding all household matters, guests and family activities
Skills/Experience/Education
Prior experience in a high net worth home or large estate is required
Prior experience in a high profile home is preferred
Experience working in a 5 star hotel and/or with white glove service is a bonus
Experience with luxury cleaning products, specialty surface care and fine fabric handling
Legal authorization to work in the US is required
Valid Drivers License is required
Clean driving record is required
Experience with Smart Home Systems is required
Experience with Security Systems is required
Experience with Asana and Nines is preferred but not required
Strong Critical Thinking
Able to read a room
Genuinely enjoys being of service
Must be willing to complete a background check
Must be able to pass a drug test
Compensation
$85,000-95,000
