Personal Assistant to High Profile Entertainer

ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country. We are currently in search of a Personal Assistant for a high profile entertainer based in Nashville. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Nashville requiring exceptional discretion, organizational skills, and experience in celebrity or executive support.

Regular Tasks For This Role

    • Local assistance with managing vendors at home including local errands and pickups/drop-off’s 

    • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and daily priorities across personal, professional, and family commitments

    • Send timely reminders for all appointments and commitments

    • Prepare daily schedules, briefing materials and travel packets as needed

    • Assist in managing detailed travel logistics including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries and schedule changes

    • Handle time sensitive personal logistics: renewals, last minute appointments, reservations

    • Run personal errands

    • Assist with gift planning and purchasing for holidays, birthdays, special occasions and corporate gifting

    • Help oversee and organize personal archives including memorabilia, awards, important keepsakes and collectibles

    • Liaise professionally with management, business managers, lawyers, and production contacts to coordinate meetings, calls, appointments and personal commitments

    • Maintain organization of important documents, contacts, records and ongoing projects

    • Serve as primary point of communication between the artist, management, household staff, vendors and external parties

    • Oversee day to day household operations and ensure smooth overall household flow

    • Coordinate household vendors, maintenance, repairs, service appointments and deliveries

    • Assist with organization and upkeep of multiple properties as needed

    • Coordinate meal planning and scheduling alongside the principal and chef

    • Help prepare for guests, household gatherings and special events

    • Proactively plan and coordinate logistics for events, appearances, dinners, family gatherings and travel

    • Assist with packing, unpacking and travel preparation as needed

    • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively problem solve in a fast paced environment

    • Maintain flexibility and availability for occasional after-hours or travel-related needs

    • Assist with special projects, research and miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed

    • Coordinate with business management, legal teams, household staff, security and additional support personnel when necessary

 

Skills / Experience / Education

 

    • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role is required

    • Experience supporting high profile creatives is required

    • Entertainment, music, or touring industry experience is required

    • Experience with household management or estate management is a bonus

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Self-starter with exceptional follow through 

    • Highly organized and detail oriented

    • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

    • Able to read a room and adjust accordingly

    • Ability to operate at the highest level of discretion

    • Genuinely enjoy being of service

    • Comfortable with a role that blends time at home with occasional travel needs

    • Comfortable with Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, Master Tour, Slack, and Calendly

Compensation:  $80,000-100,000 + medical/dental/vision and standard business expense coverage. Full time, in person.
