ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country. We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant for a full-time, in-person role based in Lexington, KY. This is a dynamic, hands-on position supporting a busy principal across multiple ventures requiring exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to wear many hats with ease.

Regular Tasks for This Role

  • Supporting the Owner/Project Manager across all operations, including home, farm, nonprofit, and retail needs

  • Running errands (groceries, supplies, home goods, farm deliveries, Marketplace purchases, taking out trash of main residence)

  • Communicating with and scheduling contractors, subcontractors, equipment repairs, techs, site visits for insurance agents, etc. as needed

  • Coordinating and attending meetings with farm leadership, vendors, store employees, home staff (nanny’s, landscaping, home repairs) and nonprofit partners as requested

  • Organizing folders and files across multiple Google Drive accounts as requested and  instructed

  • Organizing receipts and invoices for expense spreadsheets 

  • Collecting and scanning receipts in for farm business

  • Scheduling and hosting conference calls, Zoom, phone calls, etc. for PM or farm employee meetings (occur weekly or bi-weekly)

  • Representing the Owner/Project Manager in meetings when they are unavailable, including taking notes and relaying action items

  • Booking appointments, managing calendars, sending reminders, coordinating regular check in’s with Owner, and assisting with scheduling

  • Scheduling and hosting conference calls, Zoom meetings, and phone calls

  • Sourcing, ordering, stocking, and maintaining office supplies, groceries, home goods, furniture, equipment, and materials

  • Coordinating private contractors for repairs, construction, carpentry, equipment installation, and site visits

  • Assisting with farm and property management tasks as needed

  • Filling in for the Owner/Project Manager on tasks they would normally handle, as needed

  • Assisting with onboarding & terminating employees, employee reviews and more for farm, home and store.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a family assistant, personal assistant, house manager, or similar role preferred

  • Comfortable working with a high level of autonomy and responsibility

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and variable daily schedules

  • Comfortable working across home and farm

  • Calm, patient, and appropriate around children

  • Ability to attend meetings independently and represent the Owner/Project Manager effectively

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

  • Physically able to assist with errands, lifting, moving items, and hands-on tasks as needed

  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends with notice

Schedule, Location & Logistics

  • Primarily Monday–Friday 40 hours a week 

  • Occasional evenings or weekends as needed

  • Daily hours vary by day (some later starts to support evening needs)

  • Not a 24/7 role but on call in case of an emergency 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $75k-$90k  annually dependent on experience 

  • Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, 10 days PTO

  • Travel-related expenses: Hotels and rental cars covered when required
