Personal Assistant to High Profile Recording Artist

We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant for a full-time, in-person role based in Los Angeles, CA. This position will support a high-profile recording artist and requires exceptional discretion, strong judgment, polished communication skills, and prior experience supporting talent, artists, executives, or other high-profile individuals in fast-paced environments.

You possess a valid passport and are comfortable traveling domestically and internationally as needed
Regular Tasks For This Role
Manage personal and professional correspondence, prioritizing urgent communications and maintaining professional formatting standards
Maintain and manage complex calendars, ensuring all appointments, travel, meetings, rehearsals, appearances, and recurring commitments remain current and organized
Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel logistics including flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, visas, passport renewals, and schedule changes
Prepare detailed travel packets, schedules, and itineraries while communicating logistics to all relevant parties
Ensure the artist remains on schedule and proactively manage timing throughout travel days, events, and appearances
Serve as a liaison between the artist, management team, vendors, publicists, glam teams, business partners, and external contacts
Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, errands, and special projects with efficiency and discretion
Manage healthcare-related scheduling, prescription tracking, medication reminders, and medical appointment coordination as needed
Oversee day to day personal logistics including meals, travel necessities, wardrobe coordination, and personal requests
Serve as the primary on site point of contact during events, appearances, travel, and artist related engagements
Assist with packing, luggage coordination, wardrobe logistics, and travel preparation
Coordinate household related operations including vendors, service providers, deliveries, and maintenance appointments as needed
Coordinate pet related logistics including grooming appointments, dog walkers, and scheduling needs
Maintain organization of important records, schedules, documents, contacts, travel information, and ongoing projects
Provide support during performances, DJ events, promotional appearances, press opportunities, and travel engagements
Maintain flexibility for evenings, weekends, international travel, and urgent support needs depending on scheduling demands
Skills / Experience / Education
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Artist Assistant, Tour Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role required
Prior experience directly supporting a recording artist, musician, entertainer, creator, public figure, or high profile executive strongly preferred
Touring, travel, or live event experience highly preferred
Highly organized with strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure
Demonstrated ability to operate with the highest level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
Self starter with exceptional follow through and ability to work independently
Detail oriented with strong administrative, organizational, and coordination skills
Comfortable managing shifting priorities and working in demanding, fast-paced environments
Proficient with Google Suite, Outlook, Mac OS, iPhone, and standard productivity tools
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse personalities and creative teams
Flexible schedule with willingness to support travel, evenings, weekends, and after-hours needs as required
Valid passport required
Valid driver's license preferred
Salary / Benefits
Salary Range: $100,000+, depending on experience & qualifications
Medical Stipend $300 per month
