ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Day to Day Artist Manager for a full-time, in-person role based in Los Angeles, CA. This position will support a high-profile multi-hyphenate entertainer with an active and demanding schedule across music, film, press, and live events. This role requires a seasoned music industry professional with deep organizational instincts, exceptional emotional intelligence, a calm and composed presence, and the ability to operate at the highest level of discretion and independence.

Regular Tasks for This Role:
Serving as the primary day to day contact and acting as the link between lead management, the artist, and the outside world
Managing daily logistics while helping carry forward the artist's bigger-picture vision
Owning and maintaining a complex calendar — meticulously organized, constantly updated, and clearly communicated at all times
Being a proactive calendar gatekeeper, fielding internal and external scheduling requests and making informed recommendations aligned with the artist's priorities
Maintaining a constant and proactive communication flow with the client, ensuring the artist is always informed, reminded, and prepared
Working closely with the full team to ensure the smooth completion of both micro and macro goals
Bringing organization, discretion, and creative awareness to touring operations, marketing initiatives, digital strategy, and external partnerships
Booking travel, transportation, and accommodations across multiple cities
Coordinating closely with touring, marketing, label, digital, publicity, and external partner teams
Advancing shows and building detailed travel itineraries and day sheets
Handling highly confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and tact
Assisting the client and team with completing and delivering promotional requests
Translating creative ideas into executable strategies and operational plans
Creating and monitoring budgets for artist activities with a high degree of accuracy
Managing artist website and social media updates
Creating and maintaining key internal and external documents including decks, one-sheets, budgets, and timelines
Acting as one of the key management representatives on location including at promotional activities, photo shoots, TV shoots, tour dates, film festivals, premieres, and events
Liaising with the artist's stylist and glam team on all styling and glam requirements for shows, promo, and events
Assisting in planning and implementing global music campaign details including release schedules, promotions, social strategy, press, and touring
Acting as a creative translator and trusted sounding board — helping the artist articulate and package their creative vision with confidence
Communicating effectively and professionally with all members of the artist's extended circle including family as needed
Improving and streamlining existing processes — this role is expected to bring ideas and solutions, not just execute tasks
Skills / Experience / Education
Previous experience working within artist management at a high level is required
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the music industry is required
Experience supporting a multi-hyphenate or crossover entertainer across music, film, and press is strongly preferred
Clear understanding of global touring operations, label relationships, and campaign rollouts
Exceptional calendar management skills — complex, multi-city organization is a must
High emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of personalities
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high demand, ever evolving environment
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and various other project management tools and digital marketing platforms
Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is a bonus
An interest in or connection to creative direction, world building, and artist branding is a strong plus
Strong critical thinking and independent problem solving skills
Ability to read a room with precision
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $110,000–$130,000 depending on experience
