Regular Tasks For This Role

•     Operate the teleprompter at every live performance

•     Rent and manage daily tour vehicles; coordinate pickup, return, and logistics

•     Arrive at hotels ahead of the party to collect room keys for all travel members 

•     Transport the artist to and from airports and bus departure locations

•     Coordinate show day food delivery for the artist 

•     Be present at the venue from load in through end of show

•     Serve as the on the ground point of contact for day of logistics and last minute needs

•     Manage the artist's personal calendar and scheduling; send timely reminders for all appointments and commitments

•     Handle time sensitive personal logistics: renewals, last minute appointments, reservations

•     Run personal errands: grocery runs, dry cleaning, pharmacy

•     Liaise professionally with management, business managers, lawyers, and production contacts

 

Skills / Experience / Education

 

•     Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role required

•     Experience supporting high profile individuals strongly preferred

•     Entertainment, music, or touring industry experience is a significant plus

•     Confident, experienced driver and comfortable navigating any U.S. city independently

•     Tech savvy: fluent in Google Calendar, email, texting platforms, and general productivity tools

•     Strong written and verbal communication skills

•     Self-starter with exceptional follow through 

•     Highly organized and detail oriented

•     Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

•     Able to read a room and adjust accordingly

•     Operate at the highest level of discretion

•     Work with a calm sense of urgency

•     Genuinely enjoy being of service

•     Comfortable with a role that blends time on the road with lighter home based needs 

Compensation:  $80,000 + health care stipend and standard business expense coverage.
