ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country. We are currently seeking an experienced Handyman for a full-time, in-person role based in the Nashville, TN area. This position will support a UHNW family across two private estates in Middle Tennessee and is responsible for the skilled, practical care of ongoing repairs, maintenance, and improvements across both properties. The ideal candidate is a multi-skilled trades professional who takes pride in the details, respects the quality and character of the homes they work in, and understands that excellent work is reflected in a property where small concerns are resolved before they become larger ones.

Regular Tasks for This Role (includes but is not limited to):
Performing routine repairs and maintenance throughout the interior and exterior of both properties
Conducting preventive maintenance and routine inspections to identify and address concerns before they escalate
Completing approved installations and improvements as directed
Repairing and adjusting hardware, fixtures, doors, gates, and garage doors
Performing furniture and cabinetry repairs and adjustments
Painting, touch-ups, and drywall repair throughout both properties
Maintaining and repairing fencing, masonry, and outdoor fixtures
Assembling and installing equipment as needed
Maintaining all maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies in good working order
Preparing both properties for seasonal changes and weather
Noticing and reporting maintenance concerns that require specialized contractors or licensed professionals
Working closely with the Estate Manager on maintenance priorities, scheduling, and broader property needs
Coordinating effectively with the household team and outside contractors as needed
Skills / Experience / Education
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a handyman, maintenance, or multi-trade role is required
Strong carpentry and woodworking skills required
Painting, drywall repair, and finishing skills required
Experience with door, window, and hardware installation and repair required
Basic plumbing skills including fixture repair, minor leaks, and unclogging required
Basic electrical skills including replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures required
Furniture assembly and repair experience required
Cabinetry repair and adjustment experience required
Experience working with specialty or luxury finishes is strongly preferred
Experience with tile and grout repair is a plus
Experience with fencing and masonry is a plus
Familiarity with smart home or AV equipment installation and troubleshooting is a plus
Generator maintenance experience is a plus
Welding or metalwork experience is a plus
Prior experience working in UHNW homes or on private estates is a bonus
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Genuinely enjoys being of service and takes pride in maintaining exceptional properties
Must be willing to complete a background check
Willingness to relocate to the Nashville, TN area if not already located nearby

Full-time, in-person position
Primarily Monday–Friday
Schedule may adjust based on property and maintenance needs
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $80,000–$100,000 depending on experience
Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days of employment
