Housekeeper

ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country. We are currently seeking an experienced Housekeeper for a full-time, live-out role based in Franklin, TN. This position will support a UHNW family across an expansive private property featuring a 4,010 sq ft main residence, a guest house, and numerous additional structures including barns, cabins, and other outbuildings. The ideal candidate is a thorough, detail-oriented housekeeping professional who takes pride in maintaining exceptional properties to the highest standard — someone who brings a luxury touch to every aspect of their work and understands that the standard remains high even as the method remains flexible.

Regular Tasks for This Role (includes but is not limited to):

  • Primary focus on the full-time cleaning and maintenance of the main residence and guest house to the highest standard

  • Ensuring the home is always immaculately prepared and ready for the principal or guests at any time

  • Achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning goals across all assigned spaces

  • Deep cleaning and maintaining all rooms to white glove standards including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas

  • Restoring rooms thoughtfully after use, ensuring every space is returned to its established standard

  • Maintaining established organization systems throughout the home with consistency and care

  • Cleaning and maintaining outdoor areas including patios, entryways, and surrounding areas as needed

  • Household laundry including proper care and laundering of fine linens, delicate fabrics, and luxury bedding

  • Ironing, steaming, and garment care for household clothing and linens

  • Ensuring laundry and linens are always properly cared for, rotated, and maintained to the family's standard

  • Inventory management — monitoring and replenishing supplies including cleaning products, paper goods, and pantry staples before they run low

  • Preparing guest accommodations to hotel-standard presentation before arrivals

  • Maintaining organization and tidiness throughout all regularly used spaces

  • Following the routines, rhythms, and standards of care established by the family for daily, deep, and seasonal cleaning

  • Assisting with receiving packages and breaking down and disposing of boxes

  • Providing a luxury touch throughout all aspects of housekeeping — elevating every detail of the home's presentation and care

  • Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of additional structures on the property as part of the regular cleaning rotation

  • Working collaboratively with other members of the household staff to ensure smooth daily household flow

  • Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and day-of household preparation for gatherings and special occasions

  • Communicating proactively with the house manager regarding maintenance issues and household concerns

  • Maintaining discretion and confidentiality regarding all household matters, guests, and family activities

Skills / Experience / Education

  • Prior experience working in a high net worth home of at least 4,000 sq ft is required

  • Experience working across properties with multiple buildings or structures is strongly preferred

  • Experience with luxury cleaning products, specialty surface care, and fine fabric handling is required

  • Knowledge of specialty fabrics, delicate materials, and proper fabric care is required

  • Comfortable working as part of a larger household staff team

  • Comfortable around animals including dogs

  • Thorough and detail oriented with a strong eye for cleanliness and organization

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Able to read a room and intuit when privacy is needed

  • Genuinely enjoys being of service

  • Experience with Nines and/or Asana is a bonus

  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required

  • Valid driver's license is required

  • Clean driving record is required

  • Must be willing to complete a background check

  • Willingness to relocate to the Franklin, TN area if not already located nearby

Schedule

  • Full-time, live-out position

  • Primarily Monday–Friday

  • Schedule may adjust based on household and property needs

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $80,000–$100,000 depending on experience

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • PTO provided
