Estate Manager

ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country. We are currently seeking an experienced Estate Manager for a full-time, in-person role overseeing an almost 600 acre family farm near Franklin, Tennessee. This is a newly created, stand-alone role dedicated exclusively to this property and will serve as the operational lead and primary point of accountability for everything happening across the farm. This position will support a high-profile family and requires a seasoned private service, estate, hospitality, or property management professional who will ensure the property is consistently operating at the highest level.

Regular Tasks for This Role (includes but is not limited to):
Overseeing the day-to-day operations, condition, maintenance, and appearance of a private nearly 600 acre farm
Serving as the primary point of accountability for everything happening across the property
Overseeing multiple residences and structures on site
Managing and overseeing an on-site team expected to include a groundskeeper, housekeeper, and handyman
Helping train and onboard additional farm staff as the dedicated team is built out
Scheduling, delegating work, and providing day-to-day supervision of property staff
Scheduling, meeting, and managing vendors, contractors, and service providers
Managing the relationship with outside acreage and landscaping vendors until a dedicated groundskeeper is in place
Planning and scheduling preventative maintenance across residences, barns, outbuildings, equipment, and property systems
Arranging necessary repairs and coordinating specialized contractors for larger projects such as paving, structural work, or specialty finishes
Maintaining organized property records and a strong working knowledge of the property's finishes, systems, equipment, and maintenance history
Overseeing extensive grounds, including a pond, gardens, and mature trees
Knowledge and experience with horses in case assistance is ever needed
Maintaining working knowledge of the property's various systems, including HVAC and mini-splits, generators, septic, cistern and water filtration systems, Starlink, fiber internet, and other infrastructure
Supporting property-related accounting and budgeting in coordination with the family's business office
Working hand in hand with the team at the family's primary residence
Coordinating with the family's broader household and professional team as schedules and needs intersect
Preparing the property for principal and guest arrivals and ensuring the entire farm is operating and presented at the expected standard at all times
Efficient and effective communication with principals and other team members
Additional property-related tasks and special projects as needed
Skills / Experience / Education
Prior experience managing a large private estate, luxury property, farm, ranch, resort, or comparable operation is required
Experience overseeing significant acreage and multiple residences, structures, or outbuildings is strongly preferred
Prior experience working in ultra-high-net-worth or high-profile private households is a plus
Strong leadership, delegation, and team-management experience
Experience managing vendors, contractors, preventative maintenance, repairs, and property projects
Comfortable overseeing a team rather than feeling the need to personally perform every task
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to read a room and communicate appropriately with principals, guests, staff, and vendors
Genuinely enjoys being of service
Calm and level-headed when problems arise
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Willingness to relocate to the Nashville/Franklin, TN area if not already located nearby
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $115,000–$175,000 depending on experience
Full-time, in-person position
